No, this is not a spam message or advertisement. It seems to be a genuine query about the "WeatherSmart" program for Windows. The user is experiencing difficulties with the rain fall recording and monitoring feature, specifically related to the graph display. The user mentions having the latest version of the program and requests suggestions to address the issue.
Starts downloading data but resets and starts overon Windows 10 Pro.

WeatherSmart application works only with the physical device attached to PC. If you run it without the device, the application will still open but the data will miss as well. Therefore, you need the device attached and installed before you can gather the data into WeatherSmart. Afterward, that data can be submitted to online websites that are available within 0the main interface. This is the way WeatherSmart is working.
The WeatherSmart program crashes a few times a day and I have to reload the program to get it to reappear on the Weather Underground site. Anyone else having problems?

Note: They have a new website, that's why you see TyconSystems above. Also, before installing the latest version, remove the currently installed one.
